How it works

Track the household’s medications from Today.

Doses group into due, completed, and upcoming for every patient. Take, skip, or undo with a tap — and because everyone works from the same record, a dose given by one caregiver shows as done for the rest. If a medicine log looks like a repeat, Holakare flags a probable duplicate before it saves.

  • Due, completed today, and upcoming — grouped per patient
  • Take, skip, or undo in a tap
  • A dose logged by one caregiver shows as taken for everyone
  • Medicine logs get a probable-duplicate check before they save

Family sharing

Every caregiver has their own login. One shared record.

A family is the unit that owns the data. Registering creates a new family for your account, and another caregiver joins with a single-use, expiring invite link. From then on, everyone sees the same patients, treatments, and record of what was given and when.

  • Each caregiver signs in with their own account
  • Invite with a one-tap, single-use link
  • Know whether you or another caregiver already logged a care note
  • Your records are scoped to your household

What it does

Medication tracking, sick days, and the cabinet.

Focused tabs cover the whole picture — from the dose due tonight, to a sick day logged hour by hour, to the doctor you saw last spring.

Treatments & doses

Track active treatments per patient, with dose schedules and progress so nobody loses track of what's been given and what's next.

Quick Log

Jot a temperature, symptom, medicine, or meal in seconds — no episode needed. Everything lands in the shared family record, ready to organize later.

Medicine cabinet

Keep track of what's in the cupboard — medicines and supplements, with expiration dates and a nudge when something needs replacing.

Patients

A profile for every member of the household — kids and grown-ups alike — each with their own treatments, visits, episodes, and history.

Care episodes

When routine care turns into a sick day, gather temperatures, symptoms, doses, and notes into one episode — and mark it resolved when it's over.

Timeline & history

Follow an episode day by day across its timeline, overview, notes, and photos — and search a patient's whole history when you need it.

Care: doctors & centers

Save doctors and health centers, log visits, and share a patient summary as PDF or CSV at the next appointment.

Apple Watch & widgets

See what's due and take, skip, or undo from your wrist — plus home and lock screen widgets for the next dose.

Kind Stars

Encouragement that never shames. Streaks celebrate care gently, and a skipped dose is never scolded.

Sick days

Track a sick day — fever, medicine, and notes together.

Quick log now, organize the episode later. Anyone in the family can capture a temperature, symptom, dose, or meal in seconds — with or without an episode — then group entries into a care episode when there's a quiet moment. When it's over, mark it resolved and it's saved to that patient's history.

  • Quick-log temperature, medicines, symptoms, food & fluids, and notes
  • Start logging without an episode and assign entries later
  • Know whether you or another caregiver already logged an entry
  • Review it by day — timeline, overview, notes, and photos
  • Plain-language summaries, written on your device — never sent to any AI

A look inside

A family medication tracker that stays calm.

Cards on warm paper, native forms, and status you can read at a glance — in calm light and dark themes that follow your phone.

Privacy

Your family's health data stays yours.

Holakare is private by design. Data is scoped to your family at every layer, so another household's records aren't reachable through your app. Photos you add to an episode are stripped of location and camera metadata before they leave your phone, and episode summaries are written on your device — your family's health details are never sent to any AI. You decide who joins, and invites expire after a single use.

Holakare is a record-keeping tool. It organizes what you logged and shows it back to you. It is not a medical device, it does not interpret a temperature, and it does not tell you whether to give another dose — that is a conversation for a qualified healthcare professional.
